Refund Policy – Gamana Foods

At Gamana Foods, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that all our food products and services are delivered fresh, safe, and of the highest quality.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, refunds or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered was incorrect (wrong item).
  • The product delivered was damaged, spoiled, or unsafe to consume at the time of delivery.
  • The order was not delivered at all due to issues on our end.

If any of the above situations occur, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@gamanafoods.in with your order details, description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for:

  • Correctly delivered food orders.
  • Change of mind or taste preference after delivery.
  • Delays caused by customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of partial refunds (e.g., for a missing item in a larger order), the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided that the food preparation has not yet started.

Once preparation or dispatch has begun, cancellations are not possible.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or undelivered due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, unforeseen events), we will make every effort to deliver as soon as possible. In such cases, refunds will not be issued, but we may provide a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
